Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

We currently offer delivery to eligible addresses with a minimum spend. To view details on the eligibilty for your address, please consult our FAQ's section on our customer support page.

We are not liable for any product damages incurred once the product is delivered. We strive to ensure that all deliveries are carefully processed and sent out to our customers. If you have an issue with a delivery order, please reach out to us by calling 1-506-365-0930. Do note, we will not issue a refund on any items that were supposedly damaged during the delivery process.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products except in reasonable circumstances and at the sole discretion of our team.

Products may only be eligible for a return or exchange if they meet any of the following criteria;

  • The product is expired (Does not include clearance items)

  • The product does not appear as it should (Send us an image)

  • The product does not taste as it should

To request a return or exchange, you will be required to submit adequate information about your issue through the form on our website. You must submit an image of the product, along with the reference number for your order (the reference ID on your e-receipt from Square), along with the date the item was purchased.
